Adding your business logo in Quicken is quick and easy. You can do it directly from the Invoices tab with a few simple clicks.

  1. Go to the Settings menu in the Invoices tab.

  2. Select Business Settings and upload a logo.

  3. Ensure your logo fits the 300px x 100px recommended dimensions.

  4. Save changes to apply the logo.

Adding your logo

Follow these steps to upload and configure your logo for your business invoices.

  1. Navigate to the Business Settings. From the Invoices tab, click the Settings menu (gear icon) and select Business Settings from the dropdown.

  2. Choose Your Business. If you manage multiple businesses, select the relevant business from the list.

  3. Upload Your Logo. Locate the Logo section in the settings page and click Upload Logo. Browse your computer to select an image file. Supported formats include:

    • .png and .jpg: Automatically scales to fit while maintaining aspect ratio.

    • .pdf: Preserves original size unless scaling is required.

  4. Adjust Logo Settings. Ensure your logo fits within the designated space:

    • Recommended dimensions: 300px width by 100px height.

    • Verify that the logo preview appears correctly. If it does not, resize the image to meet the recommended dimensions and re-upload.

  5. Save Changes. Click Save to apply the logo to all invoices associated with the selected business.

If you encounter issues while uploading your logo, use these tips to resolve them:

  • Logo Missing or Incorrect: If no logo is uploaded, "Invoice" will display as the default heading.

  • File Not Accepted: Ensure your file format is .png, .jpg, or .pdf and meets size recommendations.

  • Logo Cut Off or Stretched: Resize your logo to 300px by 100px to fit perfectly within the invoice header.
