- If your financial institution didn't provide a cash balance for download, you may be able to find it on their website. Otherwise, just accept the amount from your Quicken transaction list. You can edit this amount later.
- If you entered bill payments or other transactions that haven't cleared your financial institution yet, your Quicken transaction list may be more current than the financial institution's downloaded records.
