Quicken maps the fields found in your file to Quicken Address Book fields, with the Quicken Address Book fields on the left, and the imported fields on the right.
- If you don't want to map an imported field to a Quicken Address Book field, click the Quicken Address Book field and choose Do Not Import.
- If you want to map an imported field to a different Quicken Address Book field, click the Quicken Address Book field and choose the field you would like instead.
- Click Done.
If you re-import a list of addresses (if, for example, you've added some addresses since you last imported the list), all addresses that already exist in Address Book will be duplicated. Be sure to either import only the new addresses or delete any duplicates from the Address Book.
