  1. In the Rental Property tab, click the Rent Center button.
  2. Click Add Transactions and then choose Enter other income.
  3. Select the property in the Property list.
  4. Select the tenant in the Receive from list.
  5. Enter category and memo. (Optional) You can display memo information in reports.
  6. Under Payment Information, select the account you'll use to receive the income.
  7. Enter details about the income received.
  8. Click Add.
