Quicken is a subscription product. To discontinue using Quicken:
- Log into your Quicken account at Quicken.com.
- Select Subscriptions on the sidebar.
A panel will display your subscription details, including the fee and when the subscription expires. - Click Manage Subscription. A screen will appear with your subscription options.
- Click Cancel Renewal. You'll be offered several options.
- Click I'd still like to cancel. This will cancel your automatic renewal.
Note: You can still choose to renew at a later time.
I don't just want to cancel, I want a refund.
You are eligible for a refund of your Quicken membership within 30 days of purchase. To cancel your Quicken membership, please contact our Customer Support team.
