The Securities Comparison Mismatch dialog appears only if the holdings in Quicken do not match the holdings that were downloaded from your financial institution. All downloaded transactions must be accepted into the register before Quicken can compare downloaded transactions to your transaction list and identify differences.
Click Details to view more information about each mismatch, and then resolve a security comparison difference, ignore the difference for this session, or create a placeholder entry for the difference.
