Data entry and QuickFill preferences

  1. Choose Edit menu > Preferences.
  2. In the left pane, under Register, click Data entry and QuickFill.
  3. In the right pane, select the settings you want to use.
    •   Use enter key to move between fields
    •   Complete fields using previous entries
    •   Recall memorized payees
    •   Automatically open drop-down lists in QuickFill fields
    •   Capitalize payees and categories
    •   Show buttons on QuickFill fields
    •   Automatically memorize new payees
    •   Automatically include on Calendar payee list
    •   Add Address Book QuickFill items to Memorized Payee List
    •   Remove memorized payees not used in last [X] months
  4. Click OK to save your changes.
