•   Commission
  If an explicit commission is added to the purchase or subtracted from the sale proceeds, enter it here.
•   Load

  A load is a commission built into the purchase price of a mutual fund or other security.

•   Penalties
  There may be penalties for early withdrawals from CDs, early withdrawals from tax-deferred plans, or for withdrawals that are too large. Check with your financial advisor.
