To enter transactions:

  1. In the Rental Property tab, click the Rent Center button.
  2. Select a property or unit in the list.
  3. Click Enter next to the rent amount in the Rent column.
  4. Select the property in the Property list.
  5. Select the tenant in the Tenant name list.
  6. In the Memo field, enter a note. (Optional) The default memo is filled for you as Rent received.
  7. Under Payment Information, select the account you'll use to receive rent.
  8. Enter details about the rent received.
  9. Click Add.
