If you have entered future-dated transactions in Bill reminders and later download them in Quicken, you need to do a manual check regularly to ensure that the entered transaction and the actual transaction match.
For example, suppose you have entered a scheduled transaction for your phone bill of $10 to be paid on the first of every month. If the entered transaction details and the downloaded details match, Quicken automatically matches these transactions and the scheduled transaction is marked as paid. However, the downloaded transaction details may not match the scheduled transaction details. Your actual phone bill can be $12 and paid on the third day of the month.
