Ensure the following before you start using Quicken Mobile or Web:
- Enable Mobile and Web Sync in Quicken desktop. You can do this during registration or at any time by going to Quicken > Preferences > Mobile, Web and Alerts
- Install Quicken Mobile from the appropriate App Store or go to the Quicken website at https://app.quicken.com and log in with your Quicken ID

Supported mobile operating system versions
Ensure that the operating system of your mobile phone meets the minimum compatibility requirements as below:
- iOS version 9.0 or above
- Android version 4.1 or above
