Sync your accounts to Mobile & Web

When you sync, all the data from your Quicken desktop is uploaded to the Quicken Cloud for access with Quicken Mobile or Web. You need to log into Quicken Mobile or Web with your Quicken ID.
By default, a limited amount of data is synced when you activate Mobile and Web Sync for the first time. Eventually, you will continue to add to the data accessible via the web or your mobile or tablet devices.

Click Update All Online Accounts at the top of the sidebar to download transactions and to sync to the Quicken Cloud. As part of the account update, the latest transactions entered or edited on the web or mobile device are downloaded to Quicken desktop.
Alternatively, if you don't want to download transactions but just want to sync your data to and from the Quicken Cloud, select Quicken > Accounts > Sync to Mobile or use the keyboard shortcut Control + S.
