- In the Rental Property tab, click the Rent Center button.
- Select the tenant whom you want to remind about a rent.
- Click on ‘Remind’ button.
- The rent reminder template will appear in the Email Preview window.
- Email enter the email address. (If you entered the tenant’s contact information in the Address Book, the email address will be filled in for you.)
- Verify the information, edit anything if required and click Send Email.
