- If the Bill Pay status icon is green and the status is On – Bill Pay is enabled and your account is ready for paying bills online.
- If the Bill Pay status icon is red and the status is Off – Bill Pay is not enabled. In this case:
- Click the Check for Bill Pay button. If the status remains Off, it means that Bill Pay is supported for this account, but is not yet enabled by the financial institution. Contact your financial institution to enable Bank Bill Pay for Quicken.
- Once you've confirmed that your bank has enabled Bank Bill Pay for your account, click the Check for Bill Pay button again and the indicator should change to On. You're now set to use Bill Pay.
- If the Bill Pay status icon is red and the status is Not Available – Bill Pay is not supported by your financial institution or may not be supported for the selected account type.
- If your financial institution is listed as supported and/or if other accounts from the same financial institution are enabled, contact your financial institution and check whether Bank Bill Pay is available for this account.
