Tell me about the checking balance

Checking balance is the amount available to spend at the beginning of the month. Quicken determines this amount from the value of all the checking and other spending accounts you track in Quicken.

Notes

Quicken can estimate values based only on the data it has. Inflows and outflows must be entered or scheduled in Quicken to be considered.
