Change your mobile alerts
After you've set up your Quicken desktop software, you might want to make changes to the alerts you receive. Here's how:
- Click the Mobile & Web tab.
- Click [edit alerts settings].
- If prompted, enter your password. Depending on how you've set things up, this may either be your Password Vault password, or your Quicken ID password.

Changes you can make:
Image Removed Change the account summary notification scheduleAccount summary notifications help you stay on top of your finances. Just choose how often (never, weekly, or monthly) you'd like to receive summary emails .
Image Removed Add a secondary email for alertsIf you want to send your alerts to an additional email address, such as your spouse's, enter it here. Whenever an alert is sent, it will be sent to both email addresses.
Image Removed Change the alerts you receiveYou have complete control over the alerts you receive. You can choose to receive any single alert through email or all alerts. You can also set the trigger point for many of the alerts. For example, what you consider to be a "low balance" in your accounts.

Bank Fees | If your bank charges a fee above [1, 5, 10, or 50] dollars. |
Unusual Spending | If my spending in any category is above average by [200, 500, 1000, or 2000] dollars. |
Large Deposits | If any single deposit exceeds [500, 1000, 2000, or 5000] dollars. |
Large Purchases | If any single purchase exceeds [500, 1000, 2000, or 5000] dollars. |
Low Balance | If the balance of any single account drops below [200, 500, 1000, or 2000] dollars. |
Over Budget | If you exceed your budget. |
Interest Rate | If your interest rate changes. |
Total Credit Available | If your credit usage is high enough to affect your credit score. |
