Track foreign investments

If you own investments in multiple currencies, you can track their value in Quicken by enabling multi-currency.

You can:

• Image Modified  View securities of one selected currency
  1. In the Portfolio View window, select the desired currency from the Currency List.
  2. Choose Options > Customize current view.
  3. Select Show only accounts and securities that match Portfolio View currency.
• Image Modified  View cash balances of accounts in one selected currency
  1. In the Portfolio View window, select the desired currency from the Currency List.
  2. Choose Options > Customize current view.
  3. Select Show cash balances of each account in Portfolio currency.
• Image Modified  Enter transactions for securities of a given currency

  You can enter transactions for securities of a given currency in any investment account that has been assigned the same currency in the Investment Account Setup window.

Note

The Portfolio View displays all securities, regardless of currency.
