  1. In the Severity and Description columns, review the relative impact and summary of each issue.
  2. In the Repair column, review the default solution if listed. You can make changes, but it's usually best to accept Quicken's recommendations.
  3. Select Apply. Unless you've chosen to ignore each problem, Quicken makes the repairs and re-syncs your data with the Quicken Cloud.

What to do if there is no repair suggestion

If there are no repair suggestions, here are two common things you can try. You can also contact Quicken Customer Support.

Update your software

Check to be sure you are on the latest version of Quicken and Quicken Mobile. For more information see Troubleshooting Issues with the Quicken Mobile App.

Reset your cloud data

To reset the cloud data through the desktop program and reset your mobile connection:

  1. Go to Edit Preferences Mobile & Web.
  2. Click Reset your cloud data.
  3. Open the Quicken Mobile App.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Troubleshooting Issues with the Quicken Mobile AppImage Added in the upper left.
  5. Tap the Logout button at the bottom of the screen. 
  6. Sign back in with the same Quicken ID

To assist Quicken Support with troubleshooting, Quicken keeps a log file of the problems found and repairs made by the Quicken Cloud Repair Tool. To view or print it, click View Log at the bottom of the dialog.
