Use the Rent Center page to track rent payments
The Rent Center displays the rent payment history of your tenants and properties. It also highlights late payments, lease expiry, and vacant properties.
Use the Profit/Loss page to gauge profitability
The Profit/Loss page displays your income, expenses, and net profit or loss for each rental property you track in Quicken.

Use the Cash Flow page to track spending
The Cash Flow page helps you track and manage short-term spending on your rental properties. By providing a quick overview of the rental property spending accounts where you manage your regular deposits and expenses, Quicken can help you determine if you have enough money to cover your monthly bills.
Use the Account Overview page to view account balances
- Click the Rental Property tab.
- Click the Account Overview button.
The following snapshots appear on the Account Overview page, depending on the accounts you've created. Each account is displayed with its ending balance.
- Rental Property Spending and Savings Accounts. This snapshot lists the following types of rental property accounts:
- Checking
- Savings
- Cash
- Rental Property Credit Card Accounts. This snapshot lists rental property credit card accounts only.
- Rental Property and Debt Accounts. This snapshot lists the following types of rental property accounts:
- Credit Card
- House
- Vehicle
- Asset
- Liability
- Loans (except lines of credit—use a Credit Card account type to track a line of credit)
