After you've set up your Quicken desktop software, you might want to change your Quicken ID password. Here's how:

  1. Click the Mobile & Web tab.
  2. Click Edit profile.
  3. If prompted, enter your password. Depending on how you've set things up, this may either be your Password Vault password, or your Quicken ID password.
  4. The Preferences dialog displaysChoose Edit menu > Preferences.
  5. In the left pane, select Quicken  Quicken ID , Sync & AlertsCloud Accounts.
  6. In the right pane, under Quicken Profile, click theselect Update your Quicken Profile Information link.
  7. Sign in with your current Quicken ID password.
  8. Select the change password pane.
  9. Type a new password in the Password field, then re-enter it immediately below.
  10. Click OK.
  11. Enter the new password in the Sign in dialog that is presented with you on closing the browser, so that your new password is updated in Quicken windows.

  3. Select Change Password.
  4. Enter your Current Password.
  5. Enter your New Password.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Your password must be between 6-16 characters long, and contain no spaces.
