You can update your your Email/Quicken ID or email address at any time. Your email address is also used if you forget as your Quicken ID or password..
Update your Quicken ID
- Choose Edit menu > Preferences.
- In the left pane, select Quicken Quicken ID , Sync & AlertsCloud Accounts.
- In the right pane, under Quicken Profile, click the Change link beside Quicken IDselect Update Profile.
- The Change your My Account screen displays.
- Select Change Email/Quicken ID or email dialogue displays.
- In the New Quicken ID field, type the new ID that you want to use. You don't need to change the existing email address, but you can if you want to.
- In the Quicken password field, type your current Quicken password to confirm that you want to make this change.
- Click OK.
Update your Email Address
- Choose Edit menu > Preferences.
- In the left pane, select Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts.
- In the right pane, under Quicken Profile, click the Change link beside Email.
- The Change your Quicken ID or email dialogue displays.
- In the New email field, type the new email address that you want to use.
- In the Quicken password field, type your current Quicken password to confirm that you want to make this change.
- Click OKEnter your new email address for the Email/Quicken ID.
- Enter your Current Password.
- Click Save Changes.
