About exporting contact information to other software (Quicken Business & Personal only)
If you have a list of addresses in the Quicken Address Book and would like to transfer them to another application, you can export them in a standard format that can then be imported into your other software.
...
Choose Tools menu > Address Book.
Select the contact information you want to export.
...
Click Export.
Select to export the data in comma- or tab-delimited format.
Enter the name of the file, or
...
click Browse to search for the file.
