Use Quicken's Attachments Viewer to view attachments, open the attachment in its associated Windows application (such as Windows Photo Viewer, Adobe Photoshop, or GIMP), save attachments to your hard drive so they can be accessed outside of Quicken, upload an attachment to the cloud, or delete attachments that you no longer need.

After you add an attachment, Quicken adds an attachment icon to the selected transaction. Just click the icon to view the attachment in the Attachments Viewer. The attachment iconlink.png typically appears in the Date field of the transaction; for an investment transaction list in one-line display mode, it appears in the Attachments column (looks like a paper clip).

In the Attachments Viewer, click the arrow icon. You can now view the thumbnail image of the all the attachments for the selected transaction.

Notes

Each transaction can have an unlimited number of attachments stored in a Quicken data file, and you can view these images only on your desktop software. For accounts for which you've enabled mobile and alerts, you can also have one attachment stored in the Quicken Cloud for each transaction.
