Dive into the new reports
We've added six several insightful reports for your business:
Income Statement: Get a detailed breakdown of your business revenue and expenses. If you've included the cost of goods sold as a tax line item, you'll see it here. And yes, your net income is neatly summed up at the bottom.
Business Profitability: A more concise version of the income statement. Here, the data is collapsed, but it still gives you a quick view of your gross profit margin and net profit margin.
Business Cash Flow: Starting with your net income from the income statement, this report gives a clear picture of your business cash flow for a chosen period, from start to finish.
Comparison Reports: Want to see how you're doing compared to last year? These reports provide a default comparison range, offering insights into year-to-date metrics versus the same timeframe from the previous year. You can easily spot the differences in both actual numbers and percentages.
- Business Sales Tax Liability: See sales tax owed by agency with totals for taxable, non-taxable sales, and No Agency; reported on an accrual basis.
Customizing your reports
Default Settings: By default, the reports will show data across all your businesses.
Using Filters: Tailor your reports! Use filters to focus on specific businesses, rental properties, or even specific time intervals like half-year or monthly data.
Combining Data: Yes, there's an option to view a mix of both business and personal data if needed. Plus, we've introduced a special "Businesses" tab dedicated to business reports.
